At City Borewells, we are committed to delivering high-quality borewell services, ensuring that each project is completed with professionalism and precision. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated or completed. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Borewell Drilling, Flushing, and Maintenance Services: Once the borewell drilling, cleaning, or maintenance service has begun, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Groundwater Survey Fees: Groundwater surveys are conducted based on expert analysis. As the results depend on natural conditions and geological factors, we do not offer refunds if a survey fails to find a viable location for drilling.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Unsuccessful Borewell Drilling: Borewell drilling involves natural risks, such as failing to find sufficient water. As these risks are inherent to the process, no refunds will be issued in the case of dry borewells or insufficient water supply.
Client-Requested Cancellations: If a client chooses to cancel the service after work has commenced, no refund will be granted for the work already done.
Third-Party Delays or Issues: City Borewells Coimbatore is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third parties, such as local authorities or landowners. No refunds will be issued due to external circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payment Terms

– All payments made for borewell drilling, maintenance, and other services are final.
– Once the service agreement is signed and work begins, the payment is considered non-refundable.
